Ali Baa Baa Pie
Tender pieces of matured mutton slowly cooked to an authentic North African recipe, spiced with aromatic ras-el-hanout and sweetened with dried apricot. This delicately spiced filling is encased in shortcrust butter pastry made with locally milled flour in our standard large and small pies, and a Dove’s Farm flour blend in our gluten free variety, and glazed with free range eggs from Sherwood Farm in Hickling.
